Women In Tech – FTW was a project created by 3PRIME WEB SOLUTIONS at a Hackathon to try and solve the problem of not enough women and girls getting involved in STEM. I was tasked with creating a logo and coming up with branding ideas to really make it come to life.

Designing this site was such a passion project for me, not just because I’m passionate about getting more women and girls into tech, but also because I wasn’t sure if I could actually make this project happen. This project was my first web design and development that I was in-charge of and currently still manage and so I was nervous (but also a little excited) to figure out the first things I needed to do, while also figuring out the overall design.

I’m very happy with the creative direction that I eventually went with and can’t wait to see what happens with the site in the future.
